Had to get some testing done today. Everything was well organized and the staff was wonderful, accommodating and explained everything very well. I was informed about my copay in advance and had zero wait time. Absolutely no complaints about this place.
First time having testing done at this location. Was there for a Nerve Conduction Study with my doctor who is amazing. Checked in for the test and was told I had to pay a $70.00 co-pay. I stated, No, that is the co pay for an office visit with a specialist not for Lab/testing/procedure ect. I have had the BCBS for 17 years (I am very familiar of my policy). She refused to listen and said I had to pay it or could reschedule (and they keep your card on file so they will charge you anyways). This was NOT budgeted being I had ju... read more
