while dr. chan is good. they only offer telehealth appointments for people who live outside of the dallas area. the system that they use for telehealth is laggy and hard to understand what is being said. its pretty sad that anywhere else in texas you can get an in office appointment.

******* Update *******Amanda is Awesome!! To be in marketing and handle this , talk about outside your dept ! She took the time to listen and respond , I can admit when emotions are going it's hard to focus , I can admit my wrongs and hopefully moveon with Dr. Chan which was a very nice lady and gave me some insight on my previous challenges w/epilepsy. I'm elated this is almost resolved, just wanted on appt info. I'm sure without Sherry this may not have gotten done as well , so I will thank her also. ****** A stress lifted... read more

RecommendedEveryone was so kind, and my concerns were taken seriously. As an extended breastfeeding mom, my request for a safe medication was honored without a second guess. I am absolutely happy with my visit and will certainly return when needed.
