I have been seeing Dr Tseng for over 15 years for migraines. She's the greatest!
Completely unreliable, avoid. Insurance initiated a prior authorization with this office six times to continue my prescription. The insurer provided me with a phone number and fax the office could use to complete the prior authorization. I contacted the office with this information multiple times and they could not resolve the issue. Eventually they just stopped taking or returning my calls, my prescription ran out, and the claim was denied, making it more difficult for a different provider to help me get the medicine I need... read more
I don't know what's going on with this office. It's Monday. It's 1:30PM. But there is no one here. I came here because I was told to go to Quest diagnostic to get blood work done. The codes for some of the tests were wrong and I wanted to see if they can recheck them and put down the right test codes.
