Dr Pravasia is the best kept secret in Texas. I couldn’t be happier with the care my husband is receiving from him for his Parkinson’s. It’s the most meaningful help we have received in 10 years and I had almost come to believe that I would have to leave the state to get help like this!

Dr. Richard Hinton is wonderful, very concerned and attentive to listening to you as his patient. Looks into every aspect of your problems to find the answers and help that patients deserve & should expect in a doctor. Became a patient of Dr. Steven Gerhardt over two years ago, and haven't looked back. Answers all my questions, always in a good mood. Desiree is always helpful with setting up outside appointments. What more could I ask for!
Dr. Pavasia & his assistant, Vanessa, came to my rescue when I was having a crisis with meds. My regular movement disorder specialist wasn't responding to my calls, so I really appreciate Dr. Pavasia seeing me as a "first appointment" under these conditions. I dropped my other doctor & now use NCD for my Parkinson's.
