Do yourself a favor and RUN away from this place!!! I am in healthcare and this place has zero professionalism, no one managing it and rarely is available to its patients . If you are having a neurological problem this is not where you want to go trust me.
I was seen at the Emerson location back in April and was sent a referral to go to Simon Med for MRI (however Simon Med and I had some back and forth issues due to them scheduling me to their location when they were actually closed) so I called to Neurology Clinic of Jax to let them know I would like my referral to be sent to another MRI location that my insurance accepts and it is now 8/21/2025 and that location has not received my referral and every time I call in the ladies that answer the phone say they will get the refer... read more
Wow-this place is awesome! Sarah made sure I got to see the Dr immediately per the Urgent req by my primary even tho the first avail appt was over 6 weeks away. I am very sick and very dizzy & This episode has been this way for 6 weeks now. She & staff took Real good care of me Wed 5/14/25. they put my paper work in a special folder but walked off & left my paper work on the desk-I carry a tiny purse and it wouldnt fit there. I called this office to schedule an appt. Unfortunately, I had the number for the wrong Dr.'s office. I apologized to the girl on the phone and she drawled a long, "mmmmhm", and hung up. She had no couth in letting me know I had the wrong number either.
