Scheduling was poor. We have their paperwork clearly indicating 11:10am Jameson CT in Carmichael. When we went to our appointment, they told us our appointment is at Folsom. Someone needs to be fired before we come back.

Very upset with my interactions so far. I was sent here on an urgent referral due to my illness and needing treatment next month. Every time I have called they say they have not received the referral. After pressing the person on the phone several times and giving the exact dates they were sent, he finally said oh yes they did receive a referral but they are missing documents. My provider has now sent it over three times with all the necessary documents and he still claims they have not received it. They told me they should ... read more

This office is going to be shut down. Do not use this Dr office. They are completely unsafe, and unprofessional. They make it very common to not show up to the office. Recently my 78 year old mom went for her 8am appointment and no one was in the office, she sat there for over an hour, she walked back into the office full of medical equipment a complete unsafe environment. i dont know how to rated yet because my dad havent see them yet. he was schedule for 7/1, i got a txt msg a week prior that they need to rs his appt. i called on tuesday, the receptionist said someone will call me back, no one call by wednesday. wednesday afternoon i got a reminder of his appt. i called and got hang up on twice. and called again and again and was hold . been on hold for 20mins no one pick up my calls.
