I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic due to their poor customer service and lack of respect for patients’ time. I arrived on time for my appointment, yet I was made to wait for over an hour without any clear explanation or updates from the staff. There was little to no communication, and it felt like patients were being ignored rather than cared for.
