It was great. Staff and Doctor Shah were really nice!
We are so grateful for all Dr. Shah has done for our daughter during numerous hospital stays lately. I feel like he really listens to our concerns, is knowledgeable and is so kind and caring towards our daughter.

Dr Shah has taken care of two of my children now one who is a difficult case and one in nicu who is no longer seeing him or Dr Welch. they do take a lot of time to respond to weekend or evening messages but do listen well and help to try to find the best ways to help. Never had to wait to long, front staff could be a bit more friendly kinda just hide behind the computer but maybe shes just shy :) I like that the doctors are honest with you and tell you straight.
Friendly staff and never too long of a wait. We saw Kathryn Welch at the office but would have preferred to see Dr Shah only because he's who we started with in the NICU.
