Longest wait times ever out of all the doctor offices I take my wife from Nevada to California. UCLA medical doesn't have wait times like they do here. And the front desk seems to care less!
I agree the customer service here sucks!!! I like Dr Cohen but front desk staff is horrible. They don't even look up at you when you're talking to them. She didn't even say hello when I signed in.
This is the worst doctors office ever!! Can't believe the lack of customer service here, it's the worst I have ever experienced. If you get referred here ask for a different office/doctor.
Wow, not one person in waiting room when arrive and still sitting in back waiting for Dr. for almost hour now. This is a follow up to test I had done where they forgot about me when switching docs.
The service is horrible here. They forget about you in the back rooms and make you wait exorbitant amounts of time.
Plan on spending the day here. They can seem to hold to an appointment schedule!
