I have never felt with an incompetent Doctors office workers for Botox injections. The Doctors are great it’s the office staff & the ridiculous call center that always just has you keave a voice mail & 24 hours later still no return calls. Ice tried twice to get an office manager and so far I have been on hold each time for over 22 minutes and no office manager. If I could give less than one star I would .This place is a disaster. My appointment was at 3pm September 1st 2021, and I was instructed to arrive at 2:30. I arrived at 2:25, and entered the building to find a line of patients waiting at one of 3 service windows. There was only one window open at that time. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes ,and it was 2:45 when I got to the front of the line . I was informed that I was late for my appointment, and would have to re schedule. Terrible service. We showed 30 min early for our 8:30am appt. Dr. Steven Fan Zhang and nurse at the front check in Sherice W. were running late and behind schedule. They lost my dads information. They then asked if we had been exposed to Covid-19, which we in return replied no but were told anyways to provide a negative covid test. We provided a negative covid test but we were told that the test wasn’t good enough and wouldn’t work. ?!?!?
