People here need the help and they get it. The staff are courteous and kind and promptly return messages. Dr. La Rosa takes her time and listens. I am grateful.
Dr. Hopp and the Epilepsy team are fantastic. They provide multiple treatments options, follow up quickly to questions, and demonstrate understanding and compassion with all their patients. I highly recommend them and appreciate their efforts to better control my seizures.
Had a new patient appt in Feb. That appt went very well. Referred for scans and told to wait up to 2 weeks for a call from scheduling for the scan. Got a call a week later. Scheduled the scan. All good, right? Nope. Was supposed to get the scan today and wanted to ask a question before arriving. Sat on hold with the neuro clinic for 60 mins and my call was never answered. 60 mins.
