Had a new patient appt in Feb. That appt went very well. Referred for scans and told to wait up to 2 weeks for a call from scheduling for the scan. Got a call a week later. Scheduled the scan. All good, right? Nope. Was supposed to get the scan today and wanted to ask a question before arriving. Sat on hold with the neuro clinic for 60 mins and my call was never answered. 60 mins. Great service. Nurses were very nice and helpful. Great Doctors and Great Doctors Good service with a smile 😊
Terrible! The receptionist to schedule an appointment sounded like he or she was on drugs. They mumbled the whole time, sounded like they were falling asleep on the phone, and wouldn't schedule an appointment with me, even though I had a referral. They said the referral wasn't valid!? How are these clinics even in business.
