Dr. Rana lacks compassion, professionalism, and respect for her patients. I have seen her now three times in the past month. Dr. Rana is very condescending and rude. In addition, she refuses to provide the care that is needed for her patients. I requested my records at the end of my last visit and she refused to provide the records at that time even make a note of the request. This is the first time I have ever left a review anywhere. I worked here for almost 3 months with no pay. The Dr. is extremely rude, the staff turnaround is out of this world, they don’t keep any records on the computer. Everything is in a file in the storage room. I worked for free and never saw pay. It’s been two years, still no pay. Horrible place. Patients would wait HOURS sometimes to be seen.
