Everyone there was very helpful and I was amazed that the doctor actually sat down and explained step by step what was going to happen and answered all of our questions.
I have had 2 accidents at the gym while exercising. I have fallen off exercise equipment, hit my head, and did experience seizures. October 2023 was my first accident, that accident was minor, had a short seizure that was 45 seconds and got rushed to the ER. That ER doctor said I was fine, said I was dehydrated and to drink more electrolytes and released me to go home. August 15, 2024 was my second accident. That accident was much worse. I see the reviews…I’m not sure and yes I know the patient portal was down for a while but I had sent questions way before and never received any response. I feel the same way that I feel about my primary care doctor. Now I’m facing severe medical issues.
