I saw Dr. South one time, he came in the room for about 3 minutes. Did not listen to me at all and said “great you qualify for 2 medications that I have! He then began pushing medications on me. I tried the samples he gave me but they unfortunately did not work. I reached out to their office several times & my PCP did as well. The nurse finally called me back after a month of calling. Very unhappy about how they handle the care of their patients! Was told that my seizures were not a “medical emergency”!

They had to reschedule my appointment and then forgot to reschedule it. Never got a call. Finally called and asked and they mailed me my new appointment instead of calling, it was at a time I had class. They now have moved my appointment to over 3 months after my original appointment, and only because I called and reminded them.
This is not a nice place to go to my daughter got treated like she did not have insurance they doctor did not want to see her
