As a new patient, I found the front desk staff to be very helpful and professional. I also appreciated my initial consultation with Dr. Shahim. He took the time to listen, acknowledged and validated my pain, and provided a level of immediate care that made me feel supported as we work through the next steps in my treatment.
Everyone was extremely kind and considerate along with being professional. I really liked Dr. Shahim. He explains things very well, is polite, professional and kind.
Dr. Shahim addressed all our questions, gave his medical advice and listed options for my medical needs. We received all the things we came for. His care and attention is excellent.
Need to have actual paper documents available for when the computers are not working! Other than that I was very pleased with the facility, the staff and the professionalism. Dr Shahim was very straightforward regarding my conditions and options. I feel confident that this is where I need to be to get the care I need. Highly recommend!
