Had it initial appointment for husband. Surgery not recommended yet but PT was. Doctor was honest and made good suggestions including follow up for pain management if PT does not alleviate pain. Volunteers were available to wheel husband to X-rays then appointment office. Sherrilyn, the receptionist helped us schedule PT appointment. She went above and beyond helping us.
