I have MS and this doctor is caring and has helped me. I have been to others who treated me like I was something the dog dragged in , But Dr Jacobs and his staff are the best

I took my mother in law who is 84 with memory issues to Dr Jacobs today I felt we were well cared for by Dr Jacobs and his staff. Our appt was for 2:30. We meet with the doctor 30 minutes later during which time history and vital signs had been taken by the nurse. The doctor did a verythorough review of past and present med issues, medications, plus a short mental status test. He gave us a medication to try and found the lowest price for the med for us too. No Complaints and will return

Never met neurologist. Office staff was nice but communication was terrible. 5 phone messages left with no return call, over the course of 4 weeks. PA was described as "flighty" by the asst at the office. PA did seem a bit scattered, but it was highly unprofessional for staff to say. PAs are seriously overworked. Office needs more PA, ARNP or MD help to mange the # of pts they see. Office needs a complete makeover...get rid of the "Hope" room. Shouldn't take new pts until more help is hired.

Inexcusable lack of conscience and sense of responsibility to answer the phone or return calls. Office does not call in required rx refills after both pharmacy and patients try repeatedly month after month. Same for tests, procedures, etc. Dr never asks how r u doing. Doesnt seem to care. Just has his back to u while he fills in required ins info.What a mess!

Problem migraine headaches. Given a 5 minute evaluation asked a few questions and told to get MRA done and bloodwork. Made a follow up appointment. Earliest appointment was 5 weeks later. MRA and lab work done within 2 days. Heard results at todays appointment (5 weeks later). Todays appointment 8:30 am, arrived 8:00am office closed. Office opened 8:15am. 9:00 am asked if doctor is there yet. No not yet. Dr. shows up at 9:20 am, worked all night. Think you would call your office!!!

Went to my first visit dr. Jacobs seems to be one of the best doctors I have ever met ..and I have dealt with many many.. intelligent. thoughtful.caring, very knowledgeable.. takes time to get all the correct information and has a wonderful background of Education and accomplishments.I am looking forward to working with him as my doctor for years to come.

The office never answers their phone even from drug companies, resulting in our running out of MS medications. The ARNP is a digbat and when and if we can get an appointment with dr Jacobs we wait over and hour while his less than hospitable office staff provide contradictory information than that provided by the physician
