Dr Jacobs is one of the best Neurologists in Orlando. Caring, to the point and smart. He calls back when a patient is having issues beyond their control. I give Dr Jacobs a five rating. His office and staff are efficient and make thing happen when needed. Thank you Dr Jacobs and Staff I so appreciate you.
seems a little disinterested in the patient andwhat the patient has to say. Wantede to pass me off to Dr Verma for a sleep test. Why? I didnt feel that I got the care or attention, maybe my condition was not his specialty and I should have been referred over to Dr Klafter, Now I am unable to see Dr Klafter as they will nto allow patients to trandfer to another dr within the practice. I was going for migraines.

Most unprofessional doctor ever. Told my wife “you have Alzheimer’s, go home and make a decision as to whether or not you want to stay in your home.” Absolutely no empathy whatsoever. Two years later that office visit is still hurtful.
Unfortunately my experience with Dr. Jacobs and his office was not good. I was never even examined. I got jerked around for 3 years. Turns out after all this time, I have MS along with other neurological damage from my TBI. I was not taken seriously. This office cost me precious time I can't get back. I would look elsewhere for a reliable Neuro office.
In March of 2008 I was FINALLY told I had MS, oxymoron I know. I was 32 & had been dismissed many times by DR's & was ready to get my life back as much as possible. Connie & Dr.Jacobs did just that by coming up w/ a plan together with me. I am to say the least a nontraditional patient. They, all of the office staff have always been there for me. I went to Dr Jacobs, for 7 years, and Connie Sterling. They were both great. The office staff was not very good. I could never get a hold of them or get a answer back. I really liked dr Jacobs and Connie, so sad I don’t go there anymore because I am from Ocala Florida, and my husband will not drive the distance. What a Bummer! Theresa Wright
