I was referred by my primary care doctor to see Dr. Hussain for neck spasms which felt electrical sensations. In addition to not being able to stand for long periods of time and hold a gas pump without pain shooting up my arm to my neck. Dr. Hussain did a series of test and found the issue. As a result, I had surgery and now go to physical therapy.
Dr. Nabeen Hussain can be described as the Hussain experience! He starts with listening to you attentively , asks questions, listens some more and then explains his plan what he will be looking at and then Wow! his team of technicians and very professional and kind staff, like a well honed machine work to ensure that no stone that Dr. Hussain identified is left unturned! Excuse the puns but true! I am confident that I received the best and most thorough treatment and care possible! Thanks Dr. Hussain and team!
I highly recommend Dr. Hussain as the neurologist that will address your needs in a positive, intelligent and informative manner. Interestingly, his entire staff from the receptionist, multiple technicians and him included are always timely and so friendly. They never seem rushed and are willing to let you know why they are doing a certain test. Dr. Hussain is respectful and cares about his patients. You cannot find a better choice for a neurologist.
Dr. Hussain and his team provided a top-quality experience for my visit from the call to remind me of my appointment by Patrick, to the pleasant and timely greeting by the receptionist. Dr. Hussain provided a very thorough and comprehensive explanation of my MRI and recommended follow-up assessments to confirm his conclusions from the reading. Horrible experience! Dr. Hussain is not polite, or should I say he is arrogant. I went with my sister in law who couldn’t speak English very well, the very reason we went to him was because he mentioned on his website that he could speak Hindi/urdu. But when my sister in law tried to talk to him in Hindi/Urdu, he asked her to try to speak in English. Dr. Hussain is an excellent and thorough neurologist. He ran a battery of tests to assist me in finding the best approach for treating my concerns. He takes a comprehensive approach to treatment. He spent a tremendous amount of time reviewing and explaining my medical case. This is most unusual for doctors today. His bedside manner is great. His staff is courteous and the operations at his Neurological office are outstanding. I do highly recommend him for your neurological needs.
Dr. Hussain was very nice and personable. I went through 4 doctors prior to seeing Dr. Hussain and none of them actually told me what the problem was. Dr. Hussain sat me down and actually talked with me and had me explain to him exactly what was hurting me. He thoroughly explained my MRI results and told me exactly what I needed to do. I was very pleased. He is a great doctor.
My visits with Dr. Hussain and his team have been positive. Staff and technicians were all courteous and professional. Appointments have been on time. Dr. Hussain helped me understand the cause of my stroke and how to move forward. His office is conveniently located in Greenbelt, MD and I was able to spend adequate time with him. I was glad to find good neurologist here in Prince George’s County close to home. I highly recommend Dr. Hussain to stroke patients who need a neurologist.
April 3,2021 I have received the J&J vaccination. Then 2wks later the bad news came out about the vaccination causes blood clots in women 18-48 and I was so scared because it was said this particular blood clot goes to the brain. I called Dr. Hussain for his opinion and right away he took action to check my blood platelets had my blood drawn in his office what an amazing physician he is my Dr.Fauci.
