Very bad, not like clinic, bad attitude
Terrible experience so far. First lied to about my authorization requests being sent to insurance (on a Monday). Then being promised personal call back by another employee which never happened (on a Weds). Then I call Friday and still the forms had not been sent. Nothing is treated with urgency despite things being labeled urgent. Expect huge delays and it’ll be months. Do go here if you have the option. My other review was 2 stars. Today it's 1 star. They can't get their heads on straight enough to get prescriptions refilled in an appropriate amount of time. I'm on a medication with the potential for abuse and, regardless of me appropriately dosing, being stopped cold turkey at my dose will STILL send you into withdrawal. Their inability to sort out their prescription management systems has caused that to happen four times. 🙃
One of the best Dr I have ever met will definitely tell my friends about them.
