This is one of the worst places to come for any neurological testing. I do not recommend. The make shift receptionist area inside the Optum facility is a joke. I checked in my mom for her appt. We couldn't sit in one of the 5 chairs available as they were all full. We had to sit on the Optum waiting side which is about 8 feet away. We waited over an hour and still didn't get called. I finally spoke to the Nila receptionist and she said they called us but since we didn't respond they skipped us. I asked her when we could go i... read more
