Dr James dean is an amazing man and Doctor, very intelligent and kind! But whoever the nurse is when I call is a complete storm cloud everytime I call, she answers the phone like she wants me to hang up and when I ask a question about something she can’t ever help me. It’s always “you need to do this or that” without any sort of specifics, just pawning her job onto me, my wife who works in the same industry says she shouldn’t be talking to me like that. But I digress.
