Absolute nightmare of a dysfunctional administration staff. Have no concern about patients and had never heard the term "autonomic," at a neurologist office. Clueless. I would equate it to asking a fast food drive thru employee about neurology. PCP office tried for 2 weeks to get a call back. A doctors office! Read through the other reviews on multiple sites and you will see many of the same complaints. Ops manager needs to be replaced to start from my perspective and they don't know who that is either.

I've never had anything bad to say about Neurological associates. Good communication Excellent nurses and doctors who actually care and put your needs first. Dr. Gowda saved my life. So I truly trust Neurological associates.
