Dr. Hardy is hands down one of the worst doctors my husband & I have ever encountered! We were sitting in the room for 45 minutes, before I went & asked his nurse what was going on (the office was absolutely quiet, as if everyone had gone to lunch). She was shocked when she found out he hadn't seen us yet & went into his office to find him having his lunch. I have been on hold for 60 plus minutes and my call dropped after to reschedule my missed appointment !! I went in person to reschedule my appt , The office staff one Of them was sorry and apologetic , the other one was unapologetic and mean , unfortunately I have to Dr Schulman due to his office staff and look for new doctor !!

Absolute nightmare of a dysfunctional administration staff. Have no concern about patients and had never heard the term "autonomic," at a neurologist office. Clueless. I would equate it to asking a fast food drive thru employee about neurology. PCP office tried for 2 weeks to get a call back. A doctors office! Read through the other reviews on multiple sites and you will see many of the same complaints. Ops manager needs to be replaced to start from my perspective and they don't know who that is either.
