I have to say that the issue that brought me to Neurologic Optimal Wellness Physical Therapy has greatly improved thanks to Dr. Katrina and Dr. Lilia. They have both helped me so much, with taking care of my main issue and in helping with my balance issues. I was given a program to follow at home with several exercises that were shown to me in my weekly sessions. Thank you once again to Dr. Katrina and Dr. Lilia.
Dr. Banks has helped me make great strides in recovering from the stroke I had in mid-August which left me temporarily paralyzed on my right side. Her "train the brain" approach has allowed me to begin walking again with the aid of a walker and to regain use of my right arm. I have no doubt that with her assistance, I will be walking without the aid of a walker or a cane soon! OMG, I am so glad WE found YOU! Before working with Dr. Banks both feeling pretty hopeless. I was struggling with falls and balance. For my husband he had to relearn to walk properly after 2 failed foot surgeries that left him in excruciating pain. Top notch! Repeated knee injuries kept me from playing tennis and working out as much as I wanted to. After two months of going to NOW PT, I am now back to to doing everything I want! Dr. Banks was awesome to work with. She takes the time to fully examine your issue and listen to your goals. And she makes treatment sessions fun! A+ experience!
Dr. Banks and her team at NOW PT are a phenomenal group of caring and energetic people who truly care about their patients. Their depth of knowledge in current practices and advances in the world of neurologic physical therapy is amazing and they apply them in a way that is engaging and motivating.
