The staff is friendly and kind. Dr. McCarren has an excellent patient "bedside" manner. He is thorough and current in his treatment. He also encourages patient interaction. The doctor keeps his practice fresh by staying current on recent medical trends and practices (at least as far as this lay-person can tell).
