Dr Prince is very knowledgeable about Alzheimers and gives us new information at each visit. We never feel rushed and he asks several times if there are any more questions before he leaves the exam room. At times, he may share a little personal (family) information with us-that makes him seem more approachable too.
Was expecting the worse. I had the same test done when I injured my shoulder 5 years ago at a different provider and location (did not have ProHealth at the time) and this was surprisingly less painful and I believe this is to do with Dr. Prince.
Staff is friendly. Dr. Prince is very down to earth, knowledgeable and seems interested in you as a person. He gives great care. He is the main reason why I chose to switch to Prohealth.
My experience has always been a good one. Dr. Prince listens, which is refreshing in these days when you spend more time in the room alone than you do with the doctor. We go over how I feel about how my medication is working and I tell him what I have been going through to better manage my issues. This process works well for me and I like that the doctor has faith in the fact that I can tell him whether or not I have been having problems with any of the medications. The staff was amazing! Everyone was very helpful and went through everything with detail and precision. I was very comfortable speaking about my issues and I look forward to dealing with this clinic again in the future.
Doctor Prince did a series of tests to verify carpal tunnel in my hands. I had a nice conversation with the doctor on a wide range of subjects. He has an excellent "bedside manner".
Dr. Prince was very personable and professional. He tested my foots nerve function by giving me little shocks. By talking the whole time, he took my mind off of the procedure. I'm very pleased with my treatment with him and would recommend him to anyone who needs this type of testing. He also gave me a detailed verbal summary of the tests results on the spot. That really gave me peace of mind. He followed up with a written summary on My Chart a day later.
