It was ok considering that I got bad news. But Dr. Bartl kept me calm and explained everything to me that I can understand..
My appointment with D. Prince was for a routine follow up exam. I found Dr. Prince to be very thorough and very personable. I had been seeing Dr. Genevieve Jones but Dr. Jones has taken a sabbatical from her medical practice. I had to choose a replacement for her and am glad I had chosen Dr. Prince. Dr. Prince was on time and greeted me as if an old friend. Our meeting was quite comfortable discussing my need to pursue some bothersome issues. Dr. Prince noted some scrabbling on my face and presumed dermatitis, and prescribed a course of treatment with follow-up if necessary, and follow-up for my neurological issues. I have since learned my dermatitis is actually shingles and have another treatment started. I am grateful to Dr. Prince for calling attention to it. We went to Dr. Bartl for a second opinion. Dr. Bartl was knowlegdable, compassionate and concerned. She answered and clarified all our questions. We left confident in our path for further treatment on my back. I would recommend her and her staff. Thank you for your help.
This was just a follow up appointment but Dr. Prince gave me the time I needed and explained things well to me. I am pleased with the doctor and his staff.
I think that I have the most competent doctor that I possibly could have. Dr. Bartl is so full of knowledge and helpful suggestions that I enjoy my visits with her. She is always willing to listen and make sure I am comfortable with the treatment plan before I leave.
The doctor listened to my complaints, asked clarifying questions, and performed some probing/visual tests. I was comfortable with my discussion with him and his next steps to determine my diagnosis. A little unsure of when to come back to see him (although he said possibly a month followup depending on test results).
I have been a patient of Dr. Prince for many years. Its really nice to have a personable friendly Doctor that you know really cares about you. He is always very professional in my visits and I feel blessed to have him as my Doctor.
I think Dr. Prince and his Staff are very concerned about your health problems. Dr. Prince is never in a hurry to push you out, always has possible alternative actions that the patient may take, and seems very concerned with your problems. I have had a lot of Doctors over the years , and I think that he along with a few others are the best and on their"Game".
