The doctors and staff at Neurologic Associates have extensive and unique skillsets to solve complex problems. I know they solved mine after other doctors had failed me. I like the way their appointments are booked with enough time to actually discuss treatment. I find the staff congenial and thorough and that's comforting especially if you are feeling not your best. The front office staff is horrific. Pat (Office Manager) and the office staff are useless and don't know how to do their job.
First off, they keep the waiting room sweltering while the office that they all sit in is nice and comfortable. Then the front office/receptionist workers are extremely rude and unprofessional. During the 15 minutes that I waited as my husband was being questioned (more on that in a moment) one of the receptionists couldn't be bothered to put her cell phone down while she was texting/on Facebook or whatever for 10 of those minutes, and for the rest of those 5 she looked at the computer like she was actually doing work, then ... read more
