Coming from a patient point of view and a caregivers point of view for a patient, this office is so unbelievably slow. I’d come and wait over an hour just to be seen. Anytime I take my client here for his visits, it’s the same problem! The front desk staff were always giving off a rude vibe. They also never call back. This is in regards to the Milford office... and dr khesin is not very personable. I switched neurologists because I didn’t feel comfortable.
Horrible front office staff. Crabby, rude, and totally unprofessional!
