Nice staff and all. But god forbid you can ever get out of there less than a hour. I have waited over 3 hours for a shot. Dr is very slow and shows up Late to work all the time.
Good Dr. If suffer from chronic pain
God forbid anyone ever needs to get their medical records from Dr. Irina Kaplan. My present Primary Doctor faxed them at least 3 medical records release forms, called them 3 times, and I mailed them 2 release forms and left at 6 messages in the past 4+ months trying to obtain my medical records. No one will send anything or even return a phone call. I am on some serious controlled medications, my new Primary refuses to give me any more prescriptions because she still hasn't received any medical records from Dr. Irina Kaplan.... read more
