Dr. Drobnis is professional and caring.
Honestly, I could not be happier with this office. I suffer from occular cluster migraines. I've received nothing but kindness, care, and understanding from everyone in this office whether it's checking in, being seen by my direct provider, having tests run in-house not from my direct provider, or even office check out. The billing department is always timely with paperwork requests if needed for work. I found the staff at Neurohealth to be thorough, supportive and responsive. I feel that they are working with me to find both preventative and reactionary measures for my condition.
They canceled an appointment on me without me canceling it. I hope they don't charge me for it because it wasn't my fault for being so irresponsible.
I appreciate the medication I get but they are horrible at calling you back. They also said I missed an appointment last year and I don’t recall even making it…. The phone service says Monday-Thursday 9-5, and I called by at 4:50 and they were closed. The operator said they closed at 4:30. UPDATE YOUR PHONE MESSAGE & GOOGLE THEN!!
