Terrible, pretty much non existent customer service. I filled out a questionnaire online and then Cody sent me a text to try and get me to come in. I asked one question about medication interactions and NEVER heard anything back. Some of us are on other meds for chronic conditions. Sending a simple answer would not have been difficult or time consuming but would have been good customer service.
Terrible customer service, no compassion shown by staff, and a complete waste of time. This is just Big Pharma re-branded. Leah was extremely rude, unsympathetic, and unaccommodating. These people DON'T deserve your hard earned money. They are Gate Keepers that will push you away.
My infusion treatments at NeuroGlow have been truly life-changing. If you’re feeling stuck or unsure where to turn, I highly recommend giving NeuroGlow a look. The entire team is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. From the first call I had to my last treatment, my questions were answered and concerns validated. 500 out of 5 stars!
I love this practice! I am receiving the Esketamine aka Spravato treatments through my insurance at Neuroglow for C-PTSD and to help alleviate symptoms of Functional Neurological Disorder (Psychogenic Non-Epileptic Seizures). The nurses that worked with me as a patient were very kind and thorough. I instantly picked up that they genuinely care about the well-being of their patients.
