Office personnel is extremely friendly. I saw Dr Riaz & he was very thorough & understanding of my situation & symptoms & took his time with me. He explained everything & encouraged me to let him know if I have anymore questions or concerns or need him for anything in the near future. Very personable! Would definitely recommend him to others.
Everyone from the receptionist, the nurses, and Dr. Riaz are so kind and respectful. Our daughter has seen Dr. Riaz several times, and each time we always feel heard, have any questions and concerns addressed, and never feel rushed. We couldn’t be more grateful for him and his staff!
Dr. Shahid is a great neurologist and he has great staff that is always responsive to portal messages; refills, paperwork and even the prior authorizations!
The employees are wonderful, very helpful, and communication is great. Don’t have to wait long to be seen; if you need a neurologist, Dr. Shahid will be a great fit; he is a doctor that loves what he does.
I am very happy with the Dr's and staff. Everyone is helpful, attentive, and treat you in a dignified manner. The office staff is courteous and timely with response to messages. Highly recommend.
