After months of frustration, finally meeting a neurologist who listens was refreshing. It took months to get an appointment with Dr Riaz. When I arrived I was told he was delayed and it would be an hour and a half wait. I said why didn't anyone call my home to advise me of this. No answer. Then I said I guess it will take another 3 months to get an appointment and they said yes it would. The entire waiting room was crowded. If this is how it is in this office I do not reccommend this dr. at all.
From the receptionist to the neurologist, the entire experience was seamless. Dr. Shahid was attentive, listened carefully, and took a holistic approach to my symptoms. Excellent service in a caring environment.
