Honestly and truly, disregard reviews prior. Many people claim the office is far too busy, far too inneficient, and far too unaccommodating. I beg to differ. Staff here aim only to be at your service, to help, they are very professional and great and you can see they care for you as a patient. After undergoing several syncapes and looking for quick appointments with very well trained proffesionals, this medical facility was exacty what i needed. Great Dr and staff

We walked in the only light that was on was the light coming in the windows with blinds. Had a TV but it was so soft couldn't hear. My wife needed a drink of water because of coughing and the 2 drinking fountains were not working. My appointment was for 2:00 and we finally got in the back at 4:00 then waited another 15mins. before the doctor came in. Didn't really tell us much we didn't already know. I would not recomend because of the waiting time.

Worse Doctor ever!!! I went to see Dr. Raiz, Nov 2015 for mucular issues I was having. The doctor have no bedside manners, give me no chance to speak and explain my condition but immediately dismiss everything I was trying to tell him. He finally ordered blood works for me. Test came back positive for Myasthenia Gravis but his office did not call me back in. I could have started treatment immediately but didn't start treatment until 9 months later when I found a neurologist in Clermont

Had my 1st visit with his office at 1pm. Did not get back until 3:30pm waited 2.5 hours in his waiting room. Tell me how is that justifiable?

Scheduled a 12 o'clock appointment did not get into 1:30 to find out they leave you waiting in the back room for even longer while taking other patients, Was very disappointed with first appointment will not go back I walk out after hearing you take 2 more patients in front of me and asked for my copayment back

Arrived at office. Staff very rude. Waited 2.5 hours to see dr. Lobby extremely cold. Some waiting went outside to get in their cars due to cold lobby. Saw dr, he did not seem to care about rude staff or wait that I went through. Will tell all my friends not to go to him. Too bad I can't give zero stars out of five.
