The office is clean and beautiful, the staff is prompt, friendly and professional. Dr Riaz is just fabulous: both knowledgeable and personable. He took his time thoroughly answering my questions, addressed any concerns I had and recommended the perfect treatments for the results I was seeking.

The staff is rude and unprofessional
Two hour wait to see the doctor. He was good in that he asked a lot of questions and let me speak. His staff is the WORST! Very rude. Never answer the phone. The phone message says they will call back in 24-48 hours-way too long! I called multiple times with a simple question asking if they received my records from my neurologist and never got a reply. When scheduling my next appointment there, the girl didn't even ask if the day and time of the next appointment was OK, just wrote it on the card and almost threw it at me. Wh... read more
This has been the worst experience at any Doctors office I have ever had. We were referred to him after my mother suffered a stroke. When we get there on our appointment we waited for two and a half hours. When he finally comes in the room he asks my mom why is she there for. I thought it was a weird question but the reality was he really didn't know. I told him my mother suffered a stroke we were referred to you by her primary. The worse office employe'es in Davenport FL. Refused to see my love one after just being released from hospital with a seizure. Had appt. But said we did not. Would not even go ask doctor to work him in. Terrible Office Help. Had door locked at 9am and feet propped up on desk.

Dr. Riaz is a kind and easy to talk to. I feel my care is his main concern. HOWEVER the girls in his office are anything but caring and kind. they accept hmo's but do NOTHING to help patients with referrals Working in the medical field for 30 years, I am appalled at their laziness and indifference to patients. God help Dr Riaz.
