Everyone was very polite and helpful. The nurse practiced asked many questions and listened attentively. She answered our many questions also. A good experience
The significance of this being a neuro office and being so calming to my nerves!! Everyone was so soft spoken and nice, from the front desk receptionist to the Nurse Practitioner I saw. I loved how throughly she covered my visit, she asked the questions that needed to be asked and most importantly she didn't rush me, she listened. She very soft spoken and calming also. They definitely get 5 stars from me!! Btw this is the McComb location.
I was very impressed with this experience. They were interested in my questions and concerns. Before left had sent requests for tests and other specialist appointments.
Very nice from staff and ms. Broom was wonderful. Thank you
