Caring, personal and personable attention. Always has the approach of doing what's right in a time frame that makes sense for the patient. Never a feeling of expecting the patient to do more than what is best at the time. Never a feeling that extra procedures should be taken just because they're a nice thing to do. Staff are universally warm, friendly and make one feel that you truly matter. All staff get to know the patients as people with real lives of their own, and not just as clients of the business.
