I really enjoy coming to the dental office, based on how pleasant the hygentist and office staff present themselves. I like the personal, fun, professional approach.
I've been going there for my dental needs for longer than I can remember. Rather than wax superlatively, I'll just say that this place does everything right and then some.
The entire team from Dr. Kaplan to his assistants, hygienists and front desk staff are professional, friendly and skilled. A visit to the dentist is never pleasant, but this group makes it as good as it can get!
I've always had sensitive gums, and historically I've always had unpleasant experiences while going to the hygienist. I've seen Alison recently, and she is excellent. She is very friendly and she cleans my teeth perfectly.. Love her!!!
Karen is a superb dental hygienist. I give her the highest rating. She is thorough, gentle and professional. She gently encourages me to do better or reinforces my efforts. It makes me want to do better in my care of my teeth, and to keep up with my regular cleanings. She is also a lovely, congenial person. She is superb!
Dr. Kaplan and his team continue to deliver high-quality service at all times. When I called to report tooth pain of unknown origin, he had me in right away, and was able to schedule an appointment to fix the issue within two days - and asked that if it wasn't better within two days, to call and they would bring me back in. One day later, I was already feeling better!
As usual, Karen combines professionalism and thoroughness with her friendly personality to make a cleaning actually enjoyable!
I'm a long time patient and have never had a bad experience at CADC. The staff is very competent, professional, helpful, and a pleasure.
