This place is a total fraud. Dr Melham canceled my appointment the day of the appt nearly every time. Puts diagnoses on medical records that are not supported by documentation. Frequently switched me to other providers that "could not help me" by their own admission but billed me anyway. I requested my medical records and it took 45 days to get them (Ohio law requires 30 or less). Doesn't listen to patients and just tries to claim everyone is bipolar. This place is a total disaster.

I've been receiving treatment at this facility for almost 2 years and it was amazing treatment from the nurse practitioners I wish I could say the same with doctor melham he was absolutely the worst. He wanted to take me off the medication that's been working for me and place me on meds for bipolar which was a misdiagnosis. He refused to listen that the bipolar diagnosis was wrong but because I'm not a 6 year old child bouncing off the walls I couldn't have adhd. He claimed medications can't have a... read more

First it was ADHD, then it was bipolar disorder (mind you, he was 8) then when the meds didn’t help they said he was autistic. They did NOT say this initially, only after their previous meds failed. I ended up taking him to Pittsburgh where he was found to simply have anxiety. I then scheduled myself at the same facility without realizing it was the same place. Instead of cancelling I decided to give it a try. ... read more
