Took four months to get an appointment with an actual doctor and then was rescheduled twice because the doctor wasn't going to be there and asked to reschedule me another month away. Total fraud. Billed my insurance for "telehealth" when all the person did was bring up a bunch of past trauma and rush me off the phone. Do no even try to go here.
I have never had any issue here. Everyone has been very kind and understanding of any issues I have had. Very attentive and they have thoroughly explained every medication they have prescribed. I highly recommend Lane.

They constantly make people wait for hours to see the doctor. I'm autistic and bipolar, and they like to medicate me rather than help me deal with my issues.
Unless you like to be treated like a label rather than a person, I would suggest not coming here. I, unfortunately, have no choice.
