Neuro Pittsburgh has been an amazing experience for me. I went in wanting to get better sleep and have since realized several other improvements in my life overall. Managing my stress has also helped me to get along better with my spouse, curb my tendency to overeat, and moderate my alcohol intake. Overall I feel so much better! Chris is not only knowledgeable and networked with the best minds in the field of neurofeedback, but he is also patient and sensitive; a wonderful guide through this process. I highly recommend this.
