Dr. Croissant ruined my life. He did a failed back surgery on me (nerve damage) and I've been in chronic pain for 4 years now. He knew he did something wrong when I was screaming upon waking from surgery and they couldn't control my pain. They had to call pain management up countless times. I even had to stay longer in the hospital because of high blood pressure due to the fact that I was in so much pain. But he wouldn't admit he did anything wrong. Neuro-Pain has been excellent in their treatment of me. The office staff has been helpful in getting information to my doctors when I can't reach them and answering any questions I have regarding billing or portal issues. My doctors, Marlene Hamama and Marc Wittenberg have been fabulous in terms of my care. Communications have been terrific. They discuss my treatment plan and always talk with me in terms of how things are going with me and about any changes that are taking place with my body. I am a 35 year old female, who was born with genetic defects in my back causing increased pain as I age. I had been seeing a chiropractor since age 8 and when that wasn't working anymore I was referred to Neuro pain consultants almost 2 years ago. I went in feeling hopeful like some miracle was going to happen, but soon learned it takes time and a lot of patience.
