No practice should be so busy it takes a month or longer to get important lab results. This practice has gotten too busy to adaquately serve the amount of patients they have---which amounts to poor care. Current philosophy: run in, run out, and go be someone else's problem.
horrible care and poor communication, I canceled an appointment because I moved out of state and was charged a no show fee. Tried to contact multiple times with no success. Paid over the phone and had to deal with a rude employee. do not go here.
