My daughter had an appointment at 11 and Natalie asked if it could be moved to 12 and that didn't work and I told her that, I was there at my appointment time and she tells me she won't be there til 11:50 after I told her that wouldn't work!! I asked to speak to the supervisor and she refuses to let me!!
