The receptionist are terrible. When you call them, they leave you on hold for a long time and sometimes they'll even click on you. It's very difficult to get ahold of the doctors assistant. It took me more than a week of bugging them for them to actually do something to help me. Me giving it 2 stars is actually generous of me.
