What a complete nightmare! The provider i saw for treatment no longer is practicing (without notice)left or got fired due to issues I brought up with the owner previously over phone. I was ordered a genetic test from this provider who didnt order or refer it correctly so it was denied by my insurance and im still making payments on this test. This provider made me have weekly med check sessions over video that literally lasted 7 or 8 minutes each but still charged my insurance for 30 minute $400 sessions! I brought this to t... read more
Best place I've ever gone to. I've been to a few places in search of a diagnosis and therapy, and Neupathway makes it easy and user-friendly. Everyone communicates quickly and with care. I currently work in mental health, and I'd say this place runs the best I've seen! 10/10 recommend.
