Neupathway might as well be a scam. They charge you $300 in late cancellation fees if you're a new patient. Found out the hard way, because I was super sick and my voice was so destroyed that I couldn't call to cancel my appointment until day before. They told me there would be a fee, but did not clarify how expensive it would be. This is predatory, and clearly designed to take advantage of people who are already struggling and desperate for care. Very misleading, taking advantage of people seeking good mental healthcare. You are led to believe that their practitioners take various types of insurance and can be seen in person. They cannot. Be ready to pay $350 out of pocket, unless you have Blue Cross, for a telehealth appointment and do most of the legwork yourself - i.e. complete everything online without someone to talk to.
