Very misleading, taking advantage of people seeking good mental healthcare. You are led to believe that their practitioners take various types of insurance and can be seen in person. They cannot. Be ready to pay $350 out of pocket, unless you have Blue Cross, for a telehealth appointment and do most of the legwork yourself - i.e. complete everything online without someone to talk to.
