For over a decade with Dr Balon, don't know where I would be today without the pain management over the years.
My life has been riddled with pain for the past twenty years , I was so blessed to get into Neupath, the treatments have changed my life , I sleep better and can actually move parts of my body without pain that I never thought possible ! The staff is awesome and Dr Ballantyne is amazing he is ,patient,caring and super smart ! I learn a lot ,I'm so grateful for Neupath it's the best pain clinic I've ever experienced ! This clinic and everyone there is wonderful! Everyone is friendly, helpful, polite, professional and they all genuinely care about each of their patients. I have never gone to a clinic and was actually happy to see everyone there. I suffer from chronic pain due to a motor vehicle accident and each visit is a great relief. I can’t tell you how appreciative I am for each and everyone of the doctors, nurses and admins! Keep up the amazing job!
The staff at the Ottawa clinic are absolutely amazing. They understand how I’m feeling and what it’s like to live with chronic pain. They make each visit a pleasure and make you feel like a part of a family that truly understands what you’re going through. From Sarah at reception, to Nurse Jess and Dr Ballantyne, you can be yourself and not hide your pain. They truly are there to help you
