I contacted NeuMind in mid-March to look into scheduling a new patient appointment. I provided all necessary information and was told I would be contacted by someone with intake in the next few days. After a week, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called back. They took my information again, mentioned that there was no availability, and said someone with intake would contact me eventually.
