I was contacted by your office to come in for a fitting. I asked about the price and was told I wouldn't owe anything. However, before I left I was told I owed $98.08. Asked how did this occur and was several incredible excuses and an ultimatum of you can get them or not! It seems that the person that does the benefits, left two notes on the record but I was not contacted! Two were owing nothing and the last was for the amount mentioned above. My client was so very happy to be seen by Neuhaus Foot & Ankle. She stated she felt the staff and doctor cared about her needed services and were very patient. She said no one treated her as though she had a disability and she was like everyone else. That was big for her! Thanks!
