Mike designed my wedding set in 2017 and it is everything I wanted: an art deco style, mill grain, more of an estate ring look, GEMSTONES! It was perfect!! I had the best service at Neugebauer’s! They were able to customize my wedding band to exactly what I wanted as well as fix an existing issue with my engagement ring. They had amazing fast service and all the employees there were very friendly! I would highly recommend them!
My wedding ring was custom and they did such a fabulous job creating it!! I love it and we continue to have superb service. Highly highly recommend!!
I can't recommend Neugebauer's enough. Everything they have is beautiful, but most of all their customer service is world class! Mike and Madeline are both knowledgeable, they listen to customer's needs while treating each customer with respect. I'll be back. 😊

My husband and I stopped in this weekend after seeing ads on TV. We are new to the area and this store reminded us of a family owned jewelry store that we loved in our prior town. They offered to clean my wedding rings at no charge and checked all the settings. They found that multiple were loose and also fixed them at no charge! We will be back for sure with some custom work we’re hoping to finally have done.
